Making the Changes Masterclass

Applying Dominant 7th Arpeggios in The Blues

Improve Your Blues in this Live Zoom Workshop!

Arpeggios can be very daunting to learn, and even more so to use! I remember learning my arpeggios as the diligent student and then though, ok, now what?!? I could never find a way to easily use them, and I had a difficult time making them sound musical. The idea of outlining chord changes as they went by felt completely out of reach, so I’d end up going back to playing the pentatonic scale and and feel defeated. Well, I am here to tell you making the chord changes and using arpeggios is NOT difficult! This is all a matter of perception and the concept is actually quite easy once broken down. I will take you through the easiest way to start incorporating arpeggios, or the way I like to see it, chord tonesinto your playing.  If you know the chord, you know the arpeggio, that simple.

You do not need to be an advanced player to take this master class at all. If you know how to play a blues, you can start playing the changes right away.
