I get asked ll the time, how do I break out of the pentatonic boxes, or I hear all these cool sounds coming from other players and I have no idea what’s going on.

In the Advanced Soloing Techniques Master Class you will learn how to increase your soloing vocabulary and help you open up new sounds on the guitar while increasing your technique.

First I’ll walk you through the essential scale fingerings you must know, with special attention to three note per string fingerings. These fingerings were the real breakthrough for me when I was learning, and are still a mainstay for guitarist.

By seeing these scale fingerings and working through specific patterns and concepts sonic possibilities become more obvious.

Along with the scale fingerings and concepts I’ll discuss alternate and economy picking techniques, as well as legato exercises to increase your chops and fluidity.

We’ll work through all these techniques one a minor and major groove. This way you can start putting this to use right away!

As always tab, notation, and backing tracks will be included for each example!
